Given the guidelines in relation to the new variant of Covid-19 (Coronavirus) we have had to consider our operations and adopt a thoughtful, risk-managed response.
The wellbeing of our team and ongoing provision or our first-class client service remains our priority. As a financial services firm we must continue to operate and provide the service that you need, particularly at this time. We are permitted to attend the office to do so. However, in order to limit the number of our staff attending the office we will be operating a flexible working policy with some staff working from home and some in attendance at the office. You may not always be able to contact the person you wish to contact via the office, however, our advisers Colin and Steve will be available on their mobile phones and our Operations Manager, Victoria Briggs will be available via the office.
We do not expect that there will be any impact on our service to you and remain, as always, available to contact through your preferred media, be that letter, phone or email.
